What we can do together ...Plenty of coaches make ridiculous claims laced with exaggeration. Coaching is a disciplined process. It is hard work and I (like you) live and work in the real world. My promise is that I will be totally committed to helping you work out what you want to achieve in work, career or your personal life. I will work with you to develop a strategy to achieve that and I will encourage you on your way. We are whole people and I don’t believe in the common distinctions between ‘life’ or ‘executive’ coaching. Coaching is a dialogue between two people. We will look at issues like:

I have a PGCE in Coaching and Mentoring from Marjons University in Plymouth, an MA in Community Education and I am a qualified youth worker. I am very happy to coach in any of the following issues:
•Business/work
•Career •Self-Confidence •Family and/or friends •Parenting |

What Happens
I am happy to coach via Zoom but insist on meeting you at least once. I prefer face-to-face coaching but realise this is not always possible. The first session is free – we meet and talk about what you may want to tackle. We can then meet at specific intervals (e.g. Weekly, monthly) for an agreed time. At the end you can carry on the process or finish.
